Once your order has been received, please allow 5 - 7 business days for shipping. Online orders are sent via USPS and a tracking number is provided to the email provided.

If an item is low in quantity or out of stock, please allow an additional 7 - 10 business days for processing as all products are hand made. You will receive a notification if an item is low in quantity or out of stock.

A standard shipping fee of $10.99 is applied to all orders under $150.00. Shipping is automatically waived for all orders of $150.00 and above.

Refunds are only applicable to merchandise that is either defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it via email within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide photo proof and a detailed description in your email to hello@fourleafsoul.com. Include your order number in the subject line and allow 24 hours for a response. For the inconvenience, we will replace your order and the delivery fee will be waived.

Although we securely package all merchandise, sometimes the journey may be rough. Carefully inspect your package upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) are: 1) not what you ordered, 2) damaged, or 3) defective.

Email hello@fourleafsoul.com to request a custom or bulk order with “Custom Order” or “Bulk Order” in the subject. Include the date of the event, quantity, and preferred scent profile in the body.

We highly encourage you to submit custom orders at least 30 days in advance to ensure your order is completed in time for your special occasion. A rush fee of 10% will be applied to orders placed within 7 days of the event.
