processing & shipping

once your order has been received, please allow 5 - 7 business days for shipping. online orders are sent via USPS and a tracking number is provided via email.

if an item is low in quantity or out of stock, please allow an additional 7 - 10 business days for processing as all products are hand made. you will receive a notification if an item is low in quantity or out of stock.

a standard shipping fee of $10.99 is applied to all orders under $150.00. shipping is automatically waived for all orders of $150.00 and above.

refunds & returns

refunds are only applicable to merchandise that is either defective or damaged upon delivery. if you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it via email within 48 hours of receipt. please provide photo proof and a detailed description in your email to fls.bath.aroma@gmail.com. include your order number in the subject line and allow 24 hours for a response.for the inconvenience, we will replace your order and the delivery fee will be waived.

although we securely package all merchandise, sometimes the journey may be rough. carefully inspect your package upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) are: 1) not what you ordered, 2) damaged, or 3) defective.

custom and bulk orders

custom candles and bulk orders make the perfect party favors or gifts for any occasion. to request a custom or bulk order, complete the form below as follows:

we highly encourage you to submit custom orders at least 30 days in advance to ensure your order is completed in time for your special occasion. a rush fee of $25.00 will be applied to orders within 7 days of the event. for bulk orders of 24 or more, a 25% discount will be applied.
